I first joined Delight Gluten-Free Magazine as a freelance writer and then as the Associate Editor. Despite 1 in 133 individuals (or approximately 1 percent of the U.S. population) being afflicted with celiac disease, it is often misdiagnosed and misunderstood. As a freelance copywriter and Associate Editor, my mission was to educate readers through various means, including physician interviews, recipe creation, social media campaigns, and lifestyle guides.
But Wait, There’s More Gluten-Free Writing
In addition to my work at Delight Gluten-Free Magazine, I wrote several articles for Gluten-Free Living Magazine. I also wrote for General Mills’ Gluten Freely brand to raise awareness about their gluten-free product line, drive traffic to their online recipes, and promote gluten-free-focused giveaways and events.
