As Associate Editor, I interviewed Chef Kyra Bussanich, winner of Food Network’s Cupcake Wars. The gluten-free community was thrilled when Chef Kyra’s gluten-free cupcakes outperformed the gluten-filled competition. This win helped make gluten-free baking more mainstream and accessible.
