The Assignment:

As Associate Editor of Delight Gluten-Free Magazine, I interviewed Dr. John Snyder, chief of the Division of Gastroenterology, Hepatology, and Nutrition at Children’s National Medical Center, about their Celiac Disease Program. I wrote this article (while weaving Dr. Snyder’s valuable insights) to help readers and their loved ones cope with the (oftentimes overwhelming) change to a gluten-free lifestyle.
