Flutter FETTI: The Assignment

Flutter FETTI’s Cyber Monday sale had an aggressive goal: to clear their warehouse of one of their most popular confetti products. I spearheaded this campaign and took a multi-pronged approach to creating buzz around the promotion; creating an email marketing campaign that reached over 23,000 subscribers, releasing dynamic Facebook and Twitter posts to build a sense of shopping urgency, and updating Flutter FETTI’s website with customized Cyber Monday sliders. The sale was a huge success, with all 10,000 confetti sticks selling out in less than 24 hours.

Over the span of two and a half years, I wore many hats as Flutter FETTI’s freelance content specialist and account manager. My role was a blend of copywriting, social media management, and e-commerce marketing. Flutter FETTI is a special event industry leader, and their products have been featured in Sir Paul McCartney’s concerts, the Macy’s Thanksgiving Day parade, Las Vegas nightclubs, the World Series final game, and NCAA March Madness.
